Service Description

We often come into this yoga class with lines of worry on our faces and aches and pains in our bodies. We finish our Relaxing Yoga Class feeling like we have pressed the reset button.  Our head is clear and we feel refreshed, restored, and ready for whatever life offers.  Our relaxing yoga practice helps us manage our depression, anxiety, and stress levels. This in turn helps us manage pain, whether from injury, arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS, or a plethora of dis-eases all of which have stress as a root cause.  Practicing yoga is a wonderful first step in preventing health issues from arising and keeping your mind and body thriving.

Cancellation Policy

Relaxing Yoga Session is nonrefundable. It is your responsibility to attend your classes. Missed classes will not be credited. When practicing yoga you must listen to your body and do only what feels right. Holness Yoga is not responsible for any injuries.
