RELAXING YOGA AM

We often come into class with lines of worry on our faces and aches and pains in our bodies and we leave feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for whatever life has to offer. 

This is a gentle practice where we let our body guide us into our postures.  The gift of this class is feeling calm and peaceful.

Join me for all my live in-person classes at the Minden Community Centre.

To register please go to mindenhills.ca, recreation programs and you will find my classes in the health and wellness section.

December 19th and classes begin the week of January 8th.

RELAXING YOGA PM

We often arrive at this class after a busy day at work or school, our minds are racing and our bodies tense. By the end of class, we notice the tension has melted away along with all our anxieties. The gift of this class is feeling open, flexible and ready for whatever life has to offer.

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

4-week Sessions include all my live classes.

These classes come to you via Zoom. You can join in real-time or you can use the recorded class link and do your class when it fits into your schedule.  No more missing classes because of doctor appointments, family issues,  or fun traveling the world. I go where you go and I'm there when you're ready.

YOGA TONE

We look forward to this class all week! We combine the traditions of yoga and Pilates and focus on our core, to bring power to our postures and movement. This class energizes us. It lifts our spirits to feel our muscles strengthen and tone.  The gift of this class is feeling strong and healthy.
