RELAXING YOGA AM
We often come into this yoga class with lines of worry on our faces and aches and pains in our bodies. We finish our Relaxing Yoga Class feeling like we have pressed the reset button. Our head is clear and we feel refreshed, restored, and ready for whatever life offers.
Our relaxing yoga practice helps us manage our depression, anxiety, and stress levels. This in turn helps us manage pain, whether from injury, arthritis, fibromyalgia, IBS, or a plethora of dis-eases all of which have stress as a root cause.
Practicing yoga is a wonderful first step in preventing health issues from arising and keeping your mind and body thriving.

RELAXING YOGA PM
We often arrive at this class after a busy day at work or school, our minds are racing, and our bodies are tense. We have a million things to do! And because of that, we feel guilty for setting some me time aside for our yoga practice.
It is for all those reasons that making the time to practice yoga is so important. To stay healthy we have to be able to unwind- to clear our heads. Once we unwind we can feel our tension melt away. Our huge to-do list shrinks down to exactly what's most important. We can breathe again. We feel calm. Life is manageable.
Stress is at the root of disease and there is no escaping it. Practicing yoga doesn't stop stress from happening. It changes how you respond to it. Yoga can help you stay physically and mentally happy and healthy!

YOGA TONE
Let’s get Strong! As we age we lose muscle mass! The more muscle you have the stronger your brain is. With Holness Yoga’s Yoga Tone Class, we’ll focus on strengthening the core and awakening our inner power. Through a combination of dynamic movements, isometric exercises, weights, and breath control, you will feel stronger and more centered. All levels, men and women are welcome to join this transformative practice.

Join me for weekly Relaxing Yoga and Yoga Tone Classes from the comfort of your own home. Choose to attend in real time, or at your convenience with the recorded yoga session. Use your recorded sessions as often as you like!
Practicing from home allows you to create a special place to practice yoga. Pamper yourself with blankets, pillows, straps, and bolsters. Set the mood by lighting some candles and enjoy some soft lyric-free music. Or get your weights out and prepare to work your muscles. All my classes each week.
