After a busy day at work or school, it’s easy to feel tense, overwhelmed, and like there’s never enough time for yourself. But here’s the thing: taking time to care for your body and mind is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
In our Relaxing Yoga Class, we focus on releasing the tension and stress from your body while also strengthening the muscles you rely on every day. Through a combination of soothing stretches, gentle strength-building poses, and mindful breathing, this class is designed to calm your mind and build your physical resilience.
As you unwind, you'll feel your body relax, your thoughts slow down, and your muscles awaken. By the end of class, your mind will be clear, your body stronger, and you’ll leave feeling more balanced and centered, ready to take on the rest of your week.

As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, but here’s the good news: the more muscle you build, the stronger you feel—and the sharper your mind becomes! At Holness Yoga, our Yoga Tone class is designed to help you regain and build strength, boost your energy, and tap into your inner power.
Through a combination of dynamic movements, isometric exercises, and mindful breathwork, we’ll focus on strengthening the core and building a foundation of strength and stability. Whether you’re looking to feel more centered or increase your physical strength, this class will leave you feeling powerful and balanced.
This class is for everyone—men and women of all levels—so whether you're just starting or you're a seasoned yogi, you’ll be challenged and supported.
